What is a credit? ▾
A credit is the unit you use to pay for Q&A or chat answers. You buy them in packs. They do not expire as long as your account is active.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days after purchase. Request via the TIP form or email.
Why does a question cost more credits than a chat message? ▾
Q&A uses Sonnet (the largest model) plus retrieval of ~10,000 token context on average. Chat-Haiku is a lighter model with smaller context. Chat-Sonnet does more complex multi-turn analysis. Pricing reflects actual AI costs plus margin.
What if I run out of credits mid-research? ▾
Your session is saved. Buy a new pack and you can continue immediately. You lose no context or chat history.
